Hensford Park: Sharing ideas for a new Dawlish neighbourhood
As Teignbridge District Council prepares its Local Plan review, looking ahead to the year 2040, ideas for a sustainable new neighbourhood for Dawlish have been brought together in a concept masterplan.
It shows how new homes, parks, workspaces, shops and public open space can be provided together in a new, low-carbon community which minimises its impact on the local road network and which promotes sustainable transport.
We would like to share our initial ideas with the community and listen to any ideas about what the neighbourhood could look like, and what it could offer the town.
We will be holding a drop-in exhibition at the Manor House in Dawlish, EX7 9AW, on:
· Friday, November 11th from 1pm to 7pm
· Saturday, November 12th from 10am to 5pm
At the event, you’ll find out more about the concept for this new community and have an opportunity to share your ideas with the project team.
Your feedback will help shape how the concept develops.
